I had the opportunity to drive the youth out to Hyder for the annual shoebox gift program.  First of all, let me say, you have a terrific bunch of youth.  I watched as they passed gifts out to the children of the farm workers in the Hyder area.  I could sense that they really cared about what they were doing.  It’s good to see teenagers who care not only about themselves. 

 We have had several people sign up for the grief-share group and we are continuing to put together times and dates for the beginning of the class.  If you are interested, there is still time to sign up.  Just call me at the church office 314-4410.

Our Car Club will be putting on a car maintenance clinic on January 19th from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.  If you would like to learn about what the common person can do to maintain their vehicle, just sign up for the class at the Courtyard table on Sunday.
