Campus DevelopmentIn 1997 Stone Ridge (then 1st Southern Baptist Church) decided to
leave our existing church campus and step out on faith, believing
that God had a new place for us. We began meeting at the Shilo Inn
for Sunday Services and raising funds for our future. During this
period, we sold our previous campus to another church, and purchased
24 acres of land, changed the church name to Stone Ridge, and
relocated our Sunday services to Otondo School (near our new land).
On December 24, 2005, we held our first service on the new campus
located at 6300 E. 24th St. in Yuma, AZ.
We contracted with DeBartolo Architects and Arthur Porter Construction to design and build our new Campus. Construction of phase one is complete.
